Pastor/Dr. Andy Mercurio serves Ridgeway as Director of Pastoral Care and Counseling and will oversee the counseling ministry of the church.

Pastor Andy is an ordained minister with the C&MA, a licensed marriage & family therapist, and board-certified sex therapist. He formally served Nyack/Alliance University as Professor of Marriage & Family Therapy for many years.

Pastor Andy will provide up to 3 (one hour) counseling sessions for anyone who considers Ridgeway their church home - demonstrated by being a member or regular Sunday church attendance. Counseling will be available for children, adolescents, couples, and single adults of all ages. During this time, Pastor Andy will provide an assessment of need, encouragement, and practical suggestions for greater mental, emotional, or relational health.

If further support is needed, Pastor Andy may refer people to:

1) Life Groups/Community Groups currently running at Ridgeway.

2) Other Christian counselors in the local area

Unless indicated otherwise, all counseling will be in-person, at the church in Pastor Andy’s office. If none of these hours work with your schedule, contact Pastor Andy to see if an alternate time can be found.

The weekly available counseling hours:

MONDAY:  9am / 6pm / 7pm / 8pm (all online)

TUESDAY: 2pm / 3pm

WEDNESDAY: 12pm / 1pm / 4pm / 5pm / 6pm (on alternating weeks)

THURSDAY: 10am / 11am / 4pm / 5pm / 6pm (on alternating weeks)
