Frank along with his wife Rosemarie are longtime attendees of Ridgeway, joining the church in 2006. They live in White Plains and have two sons, Tyler and Zack. Tyler and his wife, Caitlin have two children, Mila and Oliver. Frank has been an elder since 2015. Frank and Rosemarie together lead NOINOPIA, a ministry focused on financial stewardship, which they founded in 2014.
