Eden’s Garden is a ministry of Ridgeway Church that began with a need in the community for new baby items for expectant parents.

It was named to honor the brief but significant life of Eden Elsy Jacob.

Eden Elsy Jacob was born asleep to Sonia & Justus Jacob on January 19, 2022. Though she never drew an earthly breath her life is not without meaning and purpose.

Eden represents the tree of life from the Garden of Eden and a hope that comes through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Even in their grief Sonia and Justus want to point others to that hope by blessing parents with necessary items and supplies for their precious babies.

Jeremiah 17:8 (NLT)-
She is like a tree planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.
